What if I've never meditated, done yoga, attended a retreat and/or gotten life coaching before?
No problem--you're in good hands! This retreat is for all levels and is accessible for everyone. Anyone can participate, regardless of experience. Many retreat participants have never meditated, done yoga, attended a retreat, or gotten life coaching before. They find that they feel a profound sense of belonging and like they are right at home--totally comfortable, safe, free to express themselves and at ease.
Whom is this right for?
This retreat is perfect for any female-identified person of any age (under 18 need parental signature) who is ready to Shift to her next level of self-awareness, authenticity, connection, and clarity.
Everyone from college students to busy professionals, to retirees to holistic healers and teachers, and everything in between are all welcome to attend this extraordinary group retreat.
One of the most wonderful aspects of this retreat is the potential to learn from such a wide variety of women, and to discover that we each deal with the same struggles--they just look different on the outside.
Each retreat is created with the present attendees in mind, and the curriculum is adjusted to best accommodate everyone's needs.

This retreat is a success plan that has been specifically tailored to help you breakthrough your blocks and become the amazing woman that you’ve always wanted to be!
What are the accommodations and food?
You and 10-20 other women will spend the weekend in a beautiful, spacious, retreat home. You will have your own bed and will be sharing a room with 1-2 other women. Bed choices are first come first served.
All food will be delicious, hearty, healthy, home cooked vegan meals. We will provide dinner on Thursday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. We will accommodate allergies and special requests with enough advanced notice.
How do I get there?
We do not provide transportation to and from the retreat. However, we will send out an email to all participants prior to the retreat to encourage and help coordinate carpooling.
How do I prepare?
After registration, we will set up a time to have a 15-30 minute phone call with you to set your intention for the retreat. After this phone call, you will be clear about what you want to get out of this weekend and will be ready to dive in.
